Web Designer (UI/UX) - Scottsdale, Arizona
We are looking for a talented
Web Designer with experience in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design
to join our team in
Scottsdale, Arizona . This is an
in-person role
where you will work closely with our internal marketing, design, and development teams to create high-fidelity website and application mockups as well as build websites for our clients using
OMNIUX's proprietary technology platform .
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing modern, high-performance websites and digital experiences that align with our clients’ brands and business goals. You will contribute to both
internal product development and external client projects , ensuring that all digital assets meet the high design and usability standards expected of the OMNIUX brand.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design intuitive, engaging, and forward-thinking
mobile and web user interfaces
Design
mobile-first website mockups and prototypes
for internal and client projects
Develop client websites using
OMNIUX's proprietary website and business management technology platform
Translate brand strategy and marketing goals into effective digital experiences
Continually optimize
user experience, accessibility, and conversion performance
across websites
Collaborate closely with internal developers, strategists, and marketing teams to deliver UX-driven digital products
Create high-fidelity design assets, wireframes, and UI components using modern design tools
Support digital and print media design initiatives for marketing campaigns when needed
Utilize AI-driven tools appropriately to increase efficiency and enhance deliverables
Maintain design consistency across projects through adherence to brand guidelines and design systems
Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience in UI/UX design
for websites or web/mobile applications
Minimum
2 years of experience using design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, or similar platforms
Experience designing and building
modern, responsive websites
Strong understanding of
mobile-first design and responsive UI frameworks
Experience with
Photoshop or similar photo editing software
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and marketing teams
Bonus Experience:
Experience with
animation tools such as LottieFiles or After Effects
Experience with
video editing software
Experience working with
website builders, CMS platforms, or development systems
