The estimated salary range for this role is expected to be between $100,000.00-$120,000.00. Actual compensation offered to the selected candidate will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. II. Position Summary

The Trade Marketing Manager plays an integral role in developing and executing national and regional programs to support the Wente Family Estates brand portfolio. Key aspects include working with Sales and Marketing to deliver the required customization for our brands to achieve more than their fair share of promotion. The responsibilities are rounded out with Import Brand, Private Label oversight, and running point for Marketing with SGWS Trade Development. As a strong project manager with a problem-solving mindset, you oversee multiple, concurrent programs from inception through execution, ensuring successful delivery against timelines, adhering to budgets, and maintaining brand standards. Your ability to communicate and share best practices across the organization will be key to success. III. Essential Functions

Owns the coordination, development, and supports implementation of customized national account and regional promotions to maximize sales opportunities and consumer conversion while building brands in on and off-premise. Serves as core Marketing representative to Sales Team Executes annual activation deck, brand decks, sales enablement tools, and champion brand retail standards. Provides routine program KPI analysis, campaign performance, optimizes ROI, and manages budget for specific trade programs. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing and sales data to identify growth opportunities. Oversees WFE’s effective use of coupons and digital rebates Oversees development of sales POS and digital tools. Supports in-house printing for sales team Active participant and co-owner of sales and marketing calls. Taskforce, owner of National Manages FAR Import Portfolio. Together with Procurement, onboards new products and oversees inventory management. Communicates available tools and routinely meets with Sales to review local performance through IRI and Power BI reports while championing best practices from other markets. Manages Semi-Annual Business Reviews with brand owners. Manages Private Label business. Participates in new item evaluation process and supports RFPs. Support Sales in the ongoing management of their PL programs and represent brands for WFE Operations activities. Marketing team representative into SGWS Trade Development. Manage annual plan presentation, lead quarterly check in meetings, and ensure monthly email is appropriately delivered. IV. Non-Physical Demands/Qualifications

Strong initiative and ability to work independently with a proactive, hands-on approach. Energetic, passionate, self-motivated team player with excellent relationship-building skills. Proven capability to achieve goals and meet deadlines. Familiarity with IRI and Power BI preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a focus on excellence and quality. Solid industry experience and understanding of distributor operations preferred. Creative problem-solver with strong communication skills, both in presentations and one-on-one interactions. Adaptable team player in a fast-paced environment, able to build cross-functional relationships and garner support for important initiatives. College Degree Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales/marketing, retail and/or category management. Proficient use with personal computer and applicable software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Research, Microsoft Outlook, Canva.) Physical Demands/Qualifications:

Must be able to lift the equivalent of one case of wine / promotional materials (up to 50 pounds). Ability to sit or stand for potentially long periods of time throughout the workday. Environmental Conditions:

Winery office environment - the environment within the office is clean, well lit and free from extremes of temperature and humidity. At times, it will be required to go outdoors and into various parts of the facility, subjecting the incumbent to variations in temperature and humidity. Ability to travel 15%-25% to meet domestic business needs and in market visits Available to work weekdays, weekends, evenings as required by events and business travel. V.
