National Horizon Real Estate Services is seeking a full‑time Resident Engagement Specialist for an on‑site role in Las Vegas, NV. The Resident Engagement Specialist will focus on creating a positive living experience for residents, addressing resident inquiries, managing community events, and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction. Responsibilities will include fostering strong relationships with current and prospective residents, coordinating communication efforts, resolving issues professionally, and assisting with lease renewals and other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of residents Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage resident communication and correspondence Event planning and coordination experience to organize and manage community events Proficient in handling administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and using property management software Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills to address and resolve resident concerns in a professional manner High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Experience in property management or residential services is preferred but not required Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including email communication tools and basic office software High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management or customer service are a plus National Horizon Real Estate Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
