
Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Lash Next Door is seeking a creative, social-first storyteller to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, executing influencer marketing initiatives, and supporting PR campaigns. The Social Media & Content Manager will work closely with the Marketing & Operations Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely execution of campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, ShopMy, and other platforms.
What You’ll Do
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns
Conceptualize, film, edit, and publish content across social platforms
Maintain a consistent posting cadence and cohesive brand voice
Monitor social media trends and recommend new strategies and creative ideas
Community & Engagement
Serve as the voice of the brand online, engaging with followers and participating in trending topics
Manage online communities across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and ShopMy
Support PR initiatives including collaborations, giveaways, and PR packages
Influencer & Creator Marketing
Develop and manage influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to content execution and performance tracking
Collaborate with emerging talent for co-branded partnerships
Analytics & Reporting
Track social media performance metrics and KPIs
Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign success and inform strategy
Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative assets
Coordinate content and assets for internal and external campaigns, photoshoots, and launches

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple timelines
A strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
Passionate about social media, beauty, lifestyle, and digital trends
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing (DTC/ecommerce preferred)
Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms
Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration management
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools, analytics, and reporting
