Position Overview: HERITA USA is seeking a passionate Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator to join the Marketing team. The HERITA USA Marketing department focuses on growing its portfolio of brands, its business, and its people. This position will help create and maintain a wine-brand portfolio while finding new and exciting ways to reach our consumers meaningfully.
Reporting to Marketing Leadership, the Marketing & PR Coordinator is accountable for assisting the marketing team in executing brand plans and programs. This is a support role where organization, reliability, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment are necessary. This hands-on position requires the desire and ability to support multiple stakeholders and be the “backbone” of the team.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Assist the marketing team in executing, tracking, and reporting key sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
Work with the marketing team in preparing presentations and materials for periodic business reviews, executive updates, and internal and external sales meetings as needed.
Support the team in developing and editing marketing materials and collateral such as sell sheets, briefs, and one-pagers.
Own the Press monthly review calendar, including newsletters, press releases, and corporate social posts.
Help monitor and manage the online presence for a portfolio of products, working with the team and agency partners to update with new product information, content, promotions, and sales tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Update, organize, and maintain shared resources for brands, including the SharePoint marketing drive, the Digital Asset Library, and the internal submissions tracker.
Assist in the rating submission process to industry wine publications, coordinating the logistics of sending samples with the compliance team to ensure timely delivery, tracking, and maintaining the product/vintage accolades calendar.
Collaborate with Marketing and PR to generate communications and weekly reports on portfolio activities for branded activities, news, PR recaps, media inclusions, new scores, etc.
Maintain and monitor POS inventory (in the office and agency warehouse) and order window reports.
Assist in the coordination and execution of trade and consumer activations or events.
Work with other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Community Management of corporate brand website.
Participate in market visits and activities as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
1-2 years of marketing experience; Beverage Alcohol or CPG industry experience is preferred.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn with strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Disciplined and detail-oriented.
Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
Demonstrated skill in working within cross-functional teams and building relationships.
Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and maintains a positive and can-do work attitude & approach.
Has a sense of urgency and is solutions-oriented.
Understanding of Social Platforms and Analytical Tools.
Ability to work with multiple brands with different backgrounds and speak on behalf of them.
Additional Notes:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be available to attend branded event activations and travel as needed, up to 20% of the time, including weekends and evenings.
Must have a valid US worker status.
Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to own, rent, or drive a car.
