Description The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships is a national-level, enterprise-facing role in our Cell Therapy Commercial team responsible for shaping and executing long-term strategic partnerships.

Our cell therapy customers are scaling from RUO-to-GMP and onward to clinical and commercial phases.

They will need a Strategic Partnerships Manager who can align at all levels in their organization, including Executive/Franchise leadership to convert complex opportunities into long-term, win-win partnerships.

This individual will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to drive deal and high-value agreement momentum for our end-to-end Cell Therapy solutions.Location: Fully Remote (including but not limited to Boston, MA; Houston, TX, Philadelphia, PA, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA) Key Responsibilities **Orchestration & Customer Experience** Anticipate and proactively address risk and put in mitigations to ensure a consistent premium customer experience for a defined number of accounts that will change over time**Required Experience & Capabilities** Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field to the position (e.g. Cell Biology, BioChem) and 12+ years of relevant, progressive experience in advanced therapies.
