Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial
Brand Manager
to lead the growth and stewardship of the Aunt Jackie’s brand. This role sits at the intersection of
brand strategy, product development, and retail marketing , partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to drive brand growth and execute impactful marketing programs. The ideal candidate is both
strategic and hands‑on , able to analyze business performance, guide product strategy, and execute marketing initiatives that build brand equity and drive retail success.
Responsibilities Brand Strategy
Develop and steward the long‑term brand positioning and strategic direction
Lead visual identity development and brand standards across all touchpoints
Monitor and report on brand awareness and brand health metrics
Develop and manage brand ambassador strategy and relationships
Business Management
Analyze global brand performance and report on key KPIs
Participate in annual strategic planning and budget development
Manage brand marketing budgets and investment priorities
Oversee trademark management, including new product filings and renewals
Product Strategy & Management
Develop and maintain the 3‑year product roadmap, including innovation launches, packaging updates, size extensions and ingredient updates
Manage portfolio optimization and rationalization
Lead global pricing strategy
Innovation
Partner with the Innovation team to bring new product to market that delivers on the brand assortment strategic needs
Lead cross‑functional execution of innovation launches
Lead development and on‑time delivery of go‑to‑market launch packages
New Product
Partner with cross‑functional partners to identify and drive new product development for size extensions, packaging changes, and label updates
Manage free goods and promotional inventory and distribution
Own the product sampling program, including planning, forecasting, production, and inventory tracking

Brand Marketing
Identify and manage sponsorship and donation partnerships
Manage budgets and partner relationships for brand collaborations
Retail & Shopper Marketing
Develop and project manage retail marketing programs, including displays, and POP
Create line review presentations and merchandising mockups for key retail partners
Support global retailer events and brand activations
Conduct regular in‑store visits to evaluate merchandising and competitive landscape
Drive development of in‑store marketing materials and trade publication advertising
Qualifications ·5–10 years of marketing or brand management experience
·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
·Prior CPG experience preferred
·Beauty or multicultural hair care experience strongly preferred
·Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
·Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders
·Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
·Excellent presentation skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
·Highly organized, results‑oriented, and able to execute both strategically and tactically
