The Dripos marketing team is looking for a smart, creative, and highly organized individual who is eager to build alongside us. We value team members who take pride in their work, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is excited about managing all of Dripos social media channels and cultivating a coffee culture online and IRL. This person should enjoy working on a small, agile team and is ready to make an immediate impact—while having fun along the way. Specifically, you should be comfortable in front of the camera, conducting interviews with business owners, creating engaging content for our social media channels and blog, hosting online and IRL events and be excited by the prospect of travelling for work. You’ll work closely with, and report directly to, our VP of Marketing.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, events, and marketing campaigns for our social media and community channels (like our industry publication, Counter Talk).

Identify platform‑specific content strategies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.

Act as a curator of culture, staying attuned to new ideas, broader trends, and industry shifts, and translating insights into smart, on‑brand content.

Write copy, design graphics, and produce multimedia content (in partnership with our Director of Brand and Creative), with a focus on showcasing coffee shop owners, their menus, producers and more.

Be able to film, edit, and turn around videos quickly, ensuring Dripos is keeping up with the pace of social trends.

Ability to create content that further shapes Dripos’ brand voice and keep our visual guidelines in mind.

Curate relevant third‑party content to keep the feed engaging and informative.

Collaborate with influencers in the space to enhance content. Manage the relationship from end to end.

Write blog posts and create videos for Counter Talk.

Be comfortable filming and editing videos for company use (example: for the sales, success or implementation teams).

Posting, Scheduling & Monitoring

Manage daily posting across platforms using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native scheduling tools.

Monitor and respond to all comments on our social media channels promptly and accurately.

Engage with followers, shops, influencers, and relevant conversations to build rapport.

User Community Building

Nurture relationships with early adopters, superfans, and advocates.

Facilitate and moderate online and IRL communities (e.g., Discord, Slack, Reddit, or private forums).

Event Coordination

Organize or promote community events, AMAs, product launches, giveaways, webinars, or user meetups.

Engage with the coffee community online and IRL.

Feedback Loop

Act as the bridge between the community and the product team.

Gather feedback, monitor sentiment, and report insights regularly.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, and conversions.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or native platform analytics.

Analyze metrics that are tracked and think critically about how to improve upon them and grow following / engagement in the space.

What We’re Looking For

1‑3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Track record of managing high‑quality social feeds.

Desire to work in a very fast‑paced environment.

Creative with a constant stream of original ideas, and ability pitching, refining and executing them.

Awareness of the nuances of each platform and an intuitive sense for what our audience wants to see, share, and discuss.

Analysis of content performance and proposals of smart, creative ways to improve future results.

Strong interest in the food and beverage industry.

Experience working in the coffee community is not required but a major plus.

Photography, video and design skills are not required but a major plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excited to join a dynamic, in‑person team in New York City.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Ability, willingness and excitement around travel in the United States.

Salary Range:

~$60-80K, based on experience
