ISO Relations Manager

This role is ideal for a
high-performing professional with an established network of Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), brokers, and referral partners
in the MCA space. We’re looking for someone who excels at building relationships, driving consistent deal flow, and creating strategic partnerships that help scale a fast-growing funding company.

Who We're Looking For

proven top producer
with a track record of generating consistent deal flow
Someone with an
established network of ISOs, brokers, or referral partners
A relationship-driven professional who understands how to develop and grow partner channels
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Primary Responsibilities
Build, manage, and maintain
long-term relationships with Independent Sales Organizations
Leverage your network to generate new funding opportunities and increase deal flow
Evaluate, structure, and communicate funding proposals to ISO partners
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and quick turnaround times
Support merchants and partners throughout the submission and funding process
Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly funding targets
Requirements
Previous experience as an
ISO Relations Manager in the Merchant Cash Advance industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Professional interaction with management, sales teams, partners, and merchants
Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
