This role involves designing a professional and visually appealing Squarespace website for a yoga retreat business, with an initial focus on two retreats in Joshua Tree, CA, and Thailand. The project requires the creation of a home landing page and approximately six additional pages, ensuring the site is simple yet scalable for future expansion. The designer will provide guidance on color schemes, overall look and feel, graphics, and layout, working with either an existing template or proposing a new one. The client will supply text and graphics, but the designer will be responsible for uploading content, advising on payment gateway integration, and ensuring the site is fully responsive across devices.
Deliverables
Design and build a home landing page and six additional pages on Squarespace
Advise on color palette, site aesthetics, and layout options
Integrate provided text and graphics into the site
Recommend and implement payment gateway solutions suitable for retreat bookings
Ensure full mobile and cross-device compatibility
Provide basic guidance for future content updates
Requirements
