Accountabilities
Evaluate and develop the marketing strategy and marketing plan
Build brand awareness, including laboratory positioning
Research demand for products and services, along with competitor analysis
Drive lead generation through targeted marketing initiatives
Compile comprehensive reports on ad campaign performance
Ensure flawless execution of trade shows and marketing events
Gather insights from key stakeholders to optimize marketing efforts
Consult with management on communication procedures and crisis management
Promote the brand on digital platforms and manage social media strategies
Write proposals, presentations, and other business correspondence
Requirements
12 years of experience in a marketing leadership role
Proven ability in managing marketing projects to completion
Experience in digital marketing, including content and social media
Strong communication skills in public relations and advertising
Ability to travel up to 30% for trade shows and events
