The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, drive business growth, and enhance internal and external communications. This role owns brand management, public relations, social media strategy, and key marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The Marketing Manager provides strategic direction for brand visibility, manages integrated campaigns and events, and partners cross‑functionally to support organizational priorities. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy, bringing a strategic mindset, creativity, and data‑informed decision‑making to elevate the company’s market presence and employee engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Management:

Lead the development, implementation, and evolution of brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.

Oversee the creation, maintenance, and strategic use of company logos, marketing materials, and digital/print/internal assets to strengthen brand recognition.

Monitor brand perception and market trends, identifying opportunities to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and market positioning.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns, content, and customer touchpoints consistently reflect brand integrity.

Develop and deliver brand training programs for managers and employees to embed brand standards across the organization.

Public Relations & Employee Communications:

Drive public relations strategy, including media outreach, community engagement, and company visibility initiatives.

Lead internal communications strategy to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational objectives and culture.

Coordinate company announcements, milestones, and community involvement messaging to maximize impact.

Manage social media engagement strategy, ensuring timely, professional, and brand‑aligned interactions.

Identify and coordinate participation in recruitment or community events such as local job fairs to enhance employer branding.

Event Planning & Coordination:

Own the planning, execution, and evaluation of company and fundraising events that advance marketing and organizational goals.

Direct event logistics including vendor management, timelines, invitations, materials, and on‑site coordination.

Collaborate with internal teams to align events with strategic marketing objectives and brand standards.

Evaluate event outcomes, including ROI and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Marketing Initiatives & Special Projects:

Lead cross‑channel marketing initiatives and special projects from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Drive content creation, campaign planning, and marketing coordination to maximize reach and engagement.

Maintain organized documentation, project timelines, and asset libraries to support efficient execution.

Capture and leverage content from job sites, events, and company activities to enhance marketing storytelling and audience engagement.

Act as the primary marketing liaison across teams, providing strategic guidance and marketing expertise to achieve organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.

3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of marketing communications, brand management, content creation, social media management, and event coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in various creative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work within timeframe of standard policies and procedures.
