The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team to build new products for Crypto.com Predictions. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives across web and mobile, shaping core experiences that stem from your deep understanding and experience of sportsbooks and prediction products. You’re fluent in user-centered thinking and can turn complex ideas into clear, simple and usable experiences. You obsess over the details, while understanding how your work fits into the larger user journey and you use research and design principles to uncover the right problems to solve. Your work will shape products that millions rely on, driving trust and confidence in a rapidly evolving crypto and financial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design of complex features from concept to launch, taking charge of initiatives from scratch to meet both user needs and business goals.

Think strategically about product and user flows—translating complex or technical problems into intuitive, scalable experiences.

Create visually stunning and highly interactive designs that resonate with users, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and interaction polish.

Conduct detailed user research and insights to guide decisions; partner closely with product and engineering to influence what gets built.

Communicate the “why” behind design choices clearly, building alignment across cross‑functional teams.

Have experience designing for sportsbook or prediction platforms, and can demonstrate a strong personal understanding of trading, investing, or financial tools.

Operate with curiosity, ownership, and initiative—thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where impact matters.

Skills & Experience Requirements

5+ years professional experience working as a Product Designer.

2+ years proven track record of designing for sportsbook or prediction market related products.

Mastery of the full product design process, from user research and ideation to high‑fidelity prototyping and production‑ready assets.

Expert proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools for design, prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems.

Strong foundation in responsive and mobile‑first design principles, creating seamless experiences across devices.

Skilled at designing data‑heavy and complex workflows, translating technical concepts into clear, approachable interfaces.

Ability to iterate rapidly based on user feedback, analytics, and cross‑team input while maintaining visual and interaction quality.

Keen eye for detail with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility awareness.

Strong collaborator who partners with product, engineering, and other teams to drive shared understanding and deliver high‑impact solutions.

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
