The Code Marketing is a boutique, founder‑led marketing agency based in Puerto Rico, focused on integrated campaigns across creative, digital, influencer marketing, media, and experiential activations. We work closely with brands to develop strategic, culturally relevant campaigns that drive measurable results. As we continue growing, we are looking for a Marketing Clerk who will support both the Account team and the administrative operations of the agency, helping ensure that projects, financial processes, and internal workflows run efficiently.

Role Overview The Marketing Clerk will serve as a support role across client services, creative coordination, and operational processes, assisting Account Executives with campaign coordination, reports, presentations, and project follow-through, while also supporting internal administrative, financial, and vendor‑related processes. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented who thrives in a fast‑paced marketing environment and wants to gain hands‑on experience inside a growing agency.

Key Responsibilities Account & Marketing Support

Assist Account Executives with day‑to‑day client coordination and project follow‑up.

Support campaign execution across social media, digital, influencer, and experiential initiatives.

Help prepare presentations, reports, and campaign recaps for client meetings.

Organize project information, timelines, and deliverables within internal project management tools.

Coordinate internally with creative, media, and production teams to ensure project alignment.

Assist with research on market trends, competitors, and campaign references.

Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production partners when required.

Support the coordination of creative and production project traffic within the agency.

Assist in the planning, tracking, and execution of marketing and strategic initiatives.

Financial Operations & Agency Accounting

Prepare and issue invoices and estimates through QuickBooks.

Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Support accounts payable processes, including payments to vendors, contractors, and influencers.

Assist in implementing and monitoring tax application on invoices and financial transactions.

Organize receipts, expense documentation, and financial records.

Reconcile payments and assist with monthly financial reviews.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping documentation and financial records.

Track campaign budgets and support monitoring of the agency’s financial flow.

Handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality.

Coordinate payments to suppliers, vendors, and contractors.

Track vendor documentation and maintain organized records.

Ensure payment documentation is properly recorded and reconciled.

Support onboarding documentation for contractors and external collaborators.

Administrative & Operational Support

Maintain organized financial, legal, and operational documentation.

Track contracts, NDAs, and renewal timelines.

Maintain structured file systems within Google Drive and internal platforms.

Support documentation of internal workflows and operational processes.

Assist with office logistics and general administrative coordination.

Maintain organized records and files supporting agency operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or currently completing) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Interest in marketing, agency operations, and campaign execution.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Keynote, and spreadsheets.

Familiarity with project management tools and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks is a plus.
