Role Description The Wellness Program Director will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of wellness initiatives and programs at Hilton Head Health. Responsibilities include leading wellness workshops, managing program budgets, delivering staff training, and fostering a supportive community for clients. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure program excellence and alignment with H3’s focus on health and well-being. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Hilton Head Island, South Carolina area.
Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members In-depth knowledge and experience in Health & Wellness principles and practices Financial acumen and experience with Budgeting and resource management Proficiency in Training development and implementation focused on wellness programs Proven leadership skills and ability to cultivate a positive and supportive environment Ability to inspire and motivate individuals in achieving their personal health and wellness goals Experience in program management or a related leadership role in a wellness or hospitality setting is beneficial Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Wellness, or a related field is preferred
