About the Company
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing with a strong background in the metals, materials, or industrial products industry. This role is responsible for leading the sales organization, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within a B2B distribution environment.
Sales Leadership & Team Development
Lead and manage Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams
Develop and grow the Inside Sales team through training, performance management, and KPI tracking
Establish clear goals and drive accountability to achieve team and company targets
Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve both short-term revenue goals and long-term growth
Expand existing customer relationships and drive new business across markets and channels
Identify and pursue new opportunities within the
metals / industrial sector Digital & Process Optimization Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and web strategies Build and improve sales processes, KPIs, and CRM utilization Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability in a distribution business Executive Collaboration & Business Development Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution Support business development efforts, including evaluating new opportunities, partnerships, and alliances What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of experience in B2B sales management Strong experience in metals, materials, manufacturing, or industrial products industry (highly preferred / required) Proven ability to
lead, develop, and scale sales teams (especially Inside Sales) Experience building and executing growth strategies Exposure to digital marketing and/or e-commerce Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills Authorized to work in the United States Nice to Have Business-level Japanese language skills Experience in business development or launching new initiatives Experience in small to mid-sized company environments Knowledge of metal supply chains and distribution models Who You Are A hands-on leader who can
