Key Responsibilities
- Serve as both the strategic owner and hands‑on operator of ALC’s business systems.
- Provide hands‑on leadership in the strategy, adoption, and practical application of AI‑enabled tools.
- Identify business requirements and partner with leadership to develop a firm‑wide systems strategy while executing on that roadmap through hands‑on builds, pilots, enhancements, and iterative improvements.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and software solutions to support evolving organizational and client needs.
- Build, maintain, and optimize integrations to ensure data integrity and seamless data flow.
- Document best practices, develop SOPs, and provide training and support to users.
- Maintain data integrity, security roles, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and external consultants for specialized work.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reduce costs, and improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and launch client‑facing IT/systems services that generate revenue.
- Lead an IT committee to foster innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor and people‑first leader, actively listening to feedback and creating an environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and improve how we work.
- Establish KPIs to measure client satisfaction, efficiency gains, and revenue impact.
- As the offering scales, provide leadership and strategic direction for the function and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality client solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of progressively responsible experience in business systems, applications management, business process design, automation, analytics, or a related field, including hands‑on systems ownership and execution.
- Proven experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing financial software and enterprise business systems.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting cross‑system workflows and integrations.
- Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
- ClickUp experience strongly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary & Compensation
Targeted salary range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually . A fully remote employer, ALC determines pay using national and industry‑specific survey data, external equity, and prevailing wage index. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge.
