Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Product to lead the strategy, execution, and technical evolution of Nexxen’s Supply‑Side Platform (SSP). This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Product.

This role requires a deeply technical product leader with hands‑on experience building and scaling complex ad‑tech platforms. You will own the SSP product vision and execution in close partnership with the SVP of Product, operating at the intersection of engineering, data, and revenue. The position is based in the New York office . Our team follows a hybrid schedule, working in the office three days a week and remotely for the rest.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the SSP product strategy and roadmap, aligned with broader product and company priorities set in partnership with the SVP of Product
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across technically complex SSP domains, including:
  • Auction mechanics & bid evaluation
  • Supply quality, fraud, and policy enforcement
  • Yield optimization, floors, and deal mechanics
  • Creative approval workflows and ad serving
  • Reporting, data pipelines, and real‑time analytics
  • Privacy, consent, and regulatory compliance
  • Act as a technical thought partner to Engineering leadership, contributing to system design discussions, API strategy, data models, and scalability decisions
  • Drive prioritization decisions that balance technical complexity, delivery velocity, and business impact
  • Translate publisher, buyer, and internal stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and execution plans
  • Establish KPIs to measure platform performance, including latency, fill, yield, win rates, and product adoption
  • Partner closely with Revenue, Operations, and Customer teams to support integrations, issue resolution, and strategic accounts
  • Ensure the SSP platform scales reliably and compliantly across global markets
  • Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to the SVP of Product and executive stakeholders

What Will I Bring?

  • Significant hands‑on experience on the technical side of ad‑tech, preferably within an SSP, exchange, or large‑scale programmatic platform
  • 6+ years of product management experience, including leadership of senior product teams
  • Deep understanding of real‑time bidding systems, auctions, and low‑latency, high‑throughput architectures
  • Strong fluency in APIs, data pipelines, and platform integrations
  • Proven ability to translate deep technical detail into product strategy and execution
  • Track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high‑performing product teams
  • Data‑driven decision‑making mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree or MBA a plus

Benefits and Pay Transparency

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full‑time annual base salary for this role in New York is $200,000 – $240,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
