Product Design and Development - Graphic Designer 3 Job at Artech in Beaverton

Introduction

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer 3 for a special project within the Golf Production Artist Apparel Digital Design team. This contract position will last for 6 months and requires the candidate to be local to PHK (WHQ). The role involves supporting SanMar, a golf brand, by adding logos to blank products for tournaments and golf leagues. The focus is on the production side of design, specifically for performance-based products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in design and production work for apparel
• Experience with logo applications on blank products
• Ability to pull design specs and adjust design lines as needed
• Prior work experience in the sportswear industry
• Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience in color and print, pattern design, and screen printing
• Familiarity with AOP (all over print) color work, line art, trims, and flats (2D line art for garments)
• Interest in golf production design and knowledge of golf culture
• Ability to independently manage work, collaborate with the design team, and lead similar work streams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support SanMar by placing/adding logos to blank products
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure quality and consistency
• Manage production tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
