Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling customer inquiries Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and create a positive Customer Experience Strong verbal and written communication abilities Organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment Experience in the insurance industry or similar fields is a plus Current Insurance license High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an advantage
