This is an administrative position for a real estate office supporting real estate agents in our Warner Robins residential sales office.

Primary Responsibilities

Create social media/marketing content via Canva, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.

Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, community management, and engagement.

Execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and additional emerging channels.

Input, enhance, and update listings in multiple website-based listing systems.

Greeting visitors upon entry to the office.

Managing customer automated drip email system.

Undertake daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of our listing/sales activities, billing, and relocation through various office systems.

Answer incoming calls on the multi-line telephone system.

Maintain positive and ongoing communications with Sales Associates.

Provide backup support for the support team and assist with other office duties as assigned.

Organize and maintain electronic and paper records.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Canva.

Personable, professional dress, articulate, and creative with strong initiative.

Proven experience of office functions and administration.

Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

Developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong computer skills are a must with the ability to troubleshoot and assist agents with computer issues.

1 year experience in office administration and/or real estate setting preferred.

Schedule Monday- Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. This is not a remote work position.
