About the Role We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next Commercial Portfolio Assistant. Duties and responsibilities may include:

Support Business Banking Officers in delivering an Incredible Customer Experience (ICE) for business, real estate, and consumer loans.

Ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant processing and documentation of the assigned portfolio.

Manage the pipeline of renewing loans, coordinating with third parties and the Bank’s credit department.

Monitor and maintain the credit portfolio, conducting financial analyses, annual reviews, and ensuring adherence to covenants to maintain existing credit limits.

Assist with portfolio management activities, including reporting, covenant testing, and periodic reviews.

Set up, order, and maintain documentation and compliance files, including vehicle titles, appraisals, and UCC filings.

Prepare and process business loan documentation in compliance with Bank policies, regulations, and security standards.

Prepare executed loan packet for booking and coordinate with Loan Servicing to ensure booking within three business days of document signing.

Review loan presentations for accuracy and identify loans for CRA and HMDA tracking.

Maintain borrower loan files, including financials, post‑close documentation, and correspondence.

Assist with customer requests, including payments, transfers, wires, stop payments, and history inquiries.

This is a regular full‑time hourly non‑exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours per week. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. The position is located on‑site at the IncredibleBank branch on 17th Avenue in Wausau, WI.

Qualifications Recommended and preferred qualifications:

2+ years of experience with business loans, legal documentation, and the business lending process.

Professional communication across various media platforms.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the general public.
