Location Hybrid, Plymouth, MN
What You Will Do
Fields incoming customer requests in Salesforce in a timely manner to assure efficiency in resolution.
Ensures that order processing is accurate and timely.
Acts as customer contact regarding pricing, lead time, and shipping questions.
Manages emergency requests for high priority situations.
Recommends corrective actions to resolve customer complaints.
Work cross‑functionally with other teams to resolve issues and manage requests.
Handles various special projects as assigned by manager.
Creates and assists in process documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of customer service experience.
This is a 6‑month contract position to start September.
1+ year of Salesforce experience.
