We’re looking for confident, outgoing people who love talking to guests and closing the deal. Our front desk isn’t just customer service — it’s our sales engine. We are a fast‑growing, performance‑driven salon, and we’re looking for a motivated Front Desk Sales Coordinator who wants to help grow our business, increase first‑time visitors, convert leads, and drive revenue while being the friendly face of our brand.

What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
Sell memberships and retail
Create an exceptional first impression for every guest
Pay
Hourly base + commission + bonuses
Typical earnings: $17–$20/hr+
THIS IS A FULL‑TIME POSITION: 35–40 hours per week requiring availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Reliability and schedule flexibility are essential. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS 12‑5.
