We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is focused on
customer service, inbound call handling, and helping convert inquiries into booked jobs . You will be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking handyman and general contracting services, helping guide them through our service offerings and scheduling process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is motivated by helping grow a local service business. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from homeowners and potential clients Provide excellent customer service and represent the Ace brand professionally Schedule estimates and service appointments for technicians Follow up with customers regarding estimates, service requests, and project timelines Assist in converting inquiries into booked projects Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system Communicate with field technicians regarding scheduling and project updates Support business development initiatives including follow-ups and outreach to past customers Qualifications
Previous experience in
customer service, inside sales, or scheduling
preferred Strong phone and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using scheduling software and CRM systems Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer inquiries Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits
