Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Call Center
Location: Plymouth, MI (Onsite Role)
Pay: $21/hr
Contract Duration: 6 Months with Strong Potential for Full‑Time Hire
Schedule: Must be available 7 days/week between 5 AM – 10 PM (fixed schedule assigned after training)

You’ll answer questions about prior authorizations, benefits, prescription coverage, and other confidential healthcare inquiries. Handle inbound calls (50–100 per day) from members, providers, and partners Answer questions about prescription coverage, prior authorization, and general benefits Conduct necessary follow‑up calls Enter and update information with exceptional accuracy Navigate through multiple computer systems to document interactions Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism Meet quality, accuracy, and performance goals What We’re Looking For
To be successful, candidates must have: Required Experience
1+ year of recent high‑volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years) Steady work history (no jumpy resumes) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to type at least 30 WPM Solid computer navigation and multitasking abilities Healthcare or medical call center experience is a big plus Pharmacy technician certification or bilingual skills are a plus (not required) Training Details
Training Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for 4 weeks (attendance required) Training Requirements
You will complete 4 tests Must average 90% or higher to pass Success is very achievable through participation, note‑taking, and completing assignments ⚠️ Mandatory Overtime in January & February Shift Bid
