Additional vacation accrued with tenure. **Industry-Leading Training Program** – Grow your career with ongoing sales, service, and technical training### ### **What You’ll Do**As a **Multi-Site Leasing Consultant**, you’ll be the face of AMLI, helping prospective residents find their perfect home while supporting leasing efforts at multiple properties. Your daily responsibilities will include: **Leasing & Sales** – Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment.
**Prospect Engagement** – Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking.
**Administrative Support** – Process leases, applications, and other required documentation efficiently and accurately.
**Resident Relations & Events** – Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests.
**Marketing & Outreach** – Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services and regularly shop competitors to stay ahead of market trends.
**Community Presentation** – Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained.### ### **What We’re Looking For** **2+ years of experience** in leasing, sales, or customer service.
**High school diploma or GED required** (college degree is a plus).
**Strong communication & customer service skills** – You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find solutions.
**Monday and** **Saturday availability required** (we’re closed Sundays!).
