Your day-to-day will include: **Engaging with Prospects & Residents** – Greet, qualify, and build relationships with potential residents, helping them find their perfect home.
**Showcasing Our Stunning Community** – Conduct tours of our beautiful apartments and highlight what makes AMLI Redmond Way the place to live.
**Driving Occupancy Goals** – Use your sales and marketing skills to generate leads through phone, internet, and social media.
**Creating a True Sense of Community** – Plan and host exciting resident events that make our property feel like home.
**Ensuring a Seamless Leasing Experience** – Process applications, prepare lease documentation, and ensure every detail is handled with care.
**Building Local Connections** – Network with apartment locators and businesses to keep our property top of mind.**What We’re Looking For:** **Experienced Leasing or Sales Professional** – 2+ years of leasing, customer service, or sales experience (luxury lease-up experience is a huge plus!).
**Passion for People & Customer Service** – You thrive on creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships.
**Marketing Savvy** – You know how to use social media, networking, and traditional marketing to attract new residents.
**Weekend Availability** – Because the best leasing professionals know that weekends are prime leasing time!
