Key Responsibilities:
Preach and teach Scripture faithfully, preparing and delivering Christ-centered sermons that uphold the Bible as the absolute truth and final authority for life and faith.
Provide spiritual leadership for the church, helping the congregation live out its mission of cultivating Christ-centered relationships and equipping believers to serve, love, and share the gospel.
Lead with clear vision and direction, working with elders and ministry leaders to guide the church toward healthy spiritual growth and expanded community impact.
Develop and lead the staff team, fostering a collaborative culture where ministry leaders are equipped, supported, and aligned around the church’s mission.
Strengthen ministry systems and organizational leadership so the church can effectively serve its congregation and sustain long‑term growth.
Shepherd the congregation relationally, providing pastoral care, spiritual encouragement, and guidance during life’s significant moments.
Partner closely with the Elder Board, offering biblical wisdom and pastoral insight while helping cultivate unity and clarity in church leadership.
Equip believers for ministry, encouraging members to grow spiritually and actively serve both the church family and the surrounding community.
