Role Description Hoffman Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Shipper Receiver for a full-time, on-site role at our West Simsbury, CT location. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for receiving and managing inventory, ordering automotive parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with the service department. This role includes assisting customers with parts inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a well-organized parts department.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Proficiency in Inventory Management and Inventory Control to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and customers.
General knowledge of automotive parts and repairs is a plus.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage records and processes efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
