Key Responsibilities: Build Presentations: • Create visually engaging and persuasive presentations for internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders using PowerPoint and Figma • Translate complex ideas and data into clear, impactful visuals and key messaging. • Go-To-Market Strategy Development: • Contribute to the development and refinement of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and campaigns. • Using our customer research and segmentation work, build out marketing strategies that will accelerate product growth • Experience in guerrilla marketing and start up style marketing techniques is a plus

Plan Execution: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help execute marketing plans, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks. • Support the coordination of launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Reporting & Analysis: • Assist in the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to GTM initiatives. • Prepare post-launch debriefs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration: • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to team discussions.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, business strategy, consulting, or a related area. • Strong proficiency in executive presentations and storytelling • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Preferred: • Experience with market research and data analysis. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira). xsgimln • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels.
