TLI Home is a leading importer and wholesaler of home textiles and trendy home décor, serving major off-price retailers for over 30 years.
Key Responsibilities: •
CAD Designing:
Create and update CAD designs and patterns for product concepts using Photoshop and other CAD software. •
Sample Development:
Send sample development tech packs to factories and follow up to ensure adherence to timelines. •
Factory Communication:
Track samples, resolve issues, and provide approvals. •
Sample Management:
Maintain seasonal product lines and showroom displays. •
Market Research:
Conduct competitive research, trend analysis, and develop seasonal trend reports. •
Sales Support:
Prepare PPT presentations for customer meetings.
Qualifications: •
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles, or a related field. •
Experience:
5+ years of product development experience in home textiles or apparel. •
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Photoshop is a MUST; basic Excel skills required. •
Attention to Detail:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. xsgimln •
