Due to an internal promotion, we’re currently hiring a Customer Service Representative III at our Grafton branch. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of PWSB, helping customers with their financial needs while building lasting relationships. You’ll handle transactions accurately and securely, provide personalized banking solutions, and ensure every customer feels valued.

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, professional attitude

Accurately process transactions and maintain confidentiality

Engage in meaningful conversations to understand and meet customer needs

Support branch operations and team goals

What We’re Looking For

Previous consumer and business deposit banking experience

Teller experience

Strong communication and relationship building skills
