
Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate:
$15-18/hour (depending on experience)
Shift/Schedule Options:
Tuesday-Saturday 1:00pm-10:00pm (Tuesday-Thursday ONSITE, Friday/Saturday REMOTE)
OR
Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm ONSITE
Required Skills & Experience:
1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
Proven ability to manage and resolve email‑based inquiries
Availability to work an 8‑hour shift within designated time windows
Reliable transportation for in‑office days
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
Experience handling live chat support
Strong written communication and multitasking skills
Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly
Job Description:
The Customer Care Representative plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to guests. This individual will handle inbound inquiries via email, ticketing systems, and—soon—live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution in alignment with company policies and standards. The ideal candidate is empathetic, tech‑savvy, and thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
IG Consultants:
While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.
Pay Day:
You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week’s hours next Friday.
Holidays/Time Off:
While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are the hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
Consultant Benefits:
