Your Mission As a Business Analyst focusing on payments, cards and credits you’ll be at the heart of exciting projects. Forget mundane tasks—this role is about growth and versatility. Here’s what you’ll dive into:
You’ll work closely with the Product Owner to kick off new projects and enhance existing ones. Gathering business needs, analysing requirements, and crafting innovative solutions will be your bread and butter. Last-second changes? No problem. You’ll adapt and thrive in an Agile environment where flexibility is key.
From creating precise specifications and process flows to tackling complex issues, your work will directly influence seamless user experiences. Testing and ensuring quality will be second nature as you collaborate with IT, Operations, UX/UI, Legal, Finance and more to deliver robust digital wallet solutions.
While you start with credits, you won’t be stuck in one silo; you will evolve into a versatile expert across the banking domain.
Incident Management will also be part of your job in close collaboration with our different partners.
Innovations like full digital wallets, loan requests and virtual cards will be part of your toolbox as you drive improvements and keep us ahead in the banking game.
Your Profile We’re seeking a dynamic professional who’s ready to make an impact. Here’s what we’re looking for :
Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving complex problems.
A flexible mindset to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving priorities.
Stress resistance
Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
Experience in the banking sector is a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM ceremonies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira Workflows, Confluence, Ms Teams, and the usual suspects every office runs on - you know the drill – is a plus.
A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
Fluency in English, with French or Dutch as your native language.
Finally … an independence and a proactive approach to own your work and deliver results.
