
Marketing Intern

Allied Title & Escrow is the fastest growing title company based out of the DMV and is looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Your insightful contribution will help develop, and maintain our marketing channels.
Day to Day Job Responsibilities The role of the Social Media/ Marketing Intern is to support the Marketing Manager with executing all marketing initiatives. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies in today's overly saturated social media world. Ultimately, you will gain experience in the marketing space of real estate and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Create Reels for Instagram, edit, add caption and post
Assist with filming and future social media posts by filming offices, employees, B-roll footage, etc.
Stay up to date with trends and bring creative ideas to the Marketing team for valuable social media content
Assist Marketing team in scripting a high-production commercial spoof for the Allied team to film (ie. see Instagram posts where it shows in the past we did video spoofs on “Wicked for Good,” “Happy Gilmore,” and “Oppenheimer.”)
Assist with monitoring and responding on social channels and activities - Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, & Youtube
Perform market analysis and research on competition (YouTube channel, title company competition, etc.)
Support the Marketing Team (part of CX department) with daily office activities unrelated to marketing but under the real estate umbrella
Assist the Marketing team in preparing promotional presentations, flyers for realtor events, etc.
Complete market research on best AI platforms to use for day to day business (ie. Gamma can create presentations - research multiple AI tools that will make us more efficient). Present your research findings to the Marketing team.
Assist the Marketing team in the production studio when filming podcast and/or YouTube channel
Location:
In person, Allied Title DC Office with occasional travel to other offices in the DMV
DC Office address: 1100 Vermont Ave NW Suite 500, Washington DC 20005
Time Commitment:
The ideal time commitment for this position is 15-20 hours per week (negotiable).
Start date is flexible, but ideally would like someone on staff for 2 months between June and August
Pay: $18
