Summer Community Banking Intern

Intracoastal Bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Community Banking Intern to join our Daytona team. This is a paid, in-person internship designed for students who are either (1) currently attending a local college/university or (2) from the area or currently living in the Daytona Beach community.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a community bank, with a particular emphasis on supporting the Commercial Banking Department (credit, loan administration, sales and service), while also offering insight into other core banking functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Credit Department with administrative and analytical tasks.
Assist with sales related research and analytics.
Support loan documentation, credit files, and data organization.
Gain exposure to lending, operations, compliance, and customer service functions.
Participate in day-to-day banking activities and special projects.
Interact with bank staff to learn about community banking best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Eagerness to learn and interest in banking or financial services.
