motivated Social Media Marketing Intern who is also interested in business operations and entrepreneurship . This role is perfect for someone who wants real-world experience working directly with a company founder and learning how a construction business operates.
Responsibilities Social Media Marketing
Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Create and schedule posts showcasing job site progress, before/after projects, and team updates
Capture content from job sites (photos, videos, reels)
Write engaging captions and hashtags to increase reach
Help grow our audience and engagement
Assist with basic video editing for reels and short-form content
Marketing & Brand Development
Assist with online marketing campaigns
Help improve the company’s online presence and brand image
Research local marketing opportunities
Help collect customer reviews and testimonials
Help organize schedules and meetings
Assist with email follow-ups with clients
Support with general business tasks
