The Assistant Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations and ensure construction projects are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of property construction and project management.

Description

Manage daily on-site activities to ensure construction projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain seamless project execution.

Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Assist in resolving on-site issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.

Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding updates and potential challenges.

Support the implementation of safety protocols to ensure a secure job site.

Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment on-site.

Profile A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

Strong knowledge of property construction practices and procedures.

Effective communication and organizational skills to manage on-site operations.

The ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.

Experience with maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance on job sites.

A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changes efficiently.
