This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamarac, FL, for an experienced Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Parts Advisor. Responsibilities include assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts, managing inventory control, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service, and coordinating with the dealership's team to ensure smooth operations. Additional duties may include processing orders, handling warranties, and providing accurate and timely communication to customers and team members. Qualifications
Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills Experience with Dealer Management Systems and related processes Knowledge and expertise in Inventory Control practices and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site dealership environment Prior experience in an automotive parts role, particularly with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM vehicles, is highly preferred Attention to detail and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive certifications are a plus
