Customer Service Representative
to join our team. Tyndale's Customer Service Representatives strive for excellence in every customer interaction—including phone calls, web chat, text, and email—in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for maintaining customer data within Tyndale's systems in a highly accurate manner.
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Hybrid/Remote Tyndale supports a strong work‑life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of one day per week, and four days per week remotely. Candidates must reside within commutable distance from our location in Houston, TX (City Centre) or Pipersville, PA.

Responsibilities
Accurately process customer orders, returns, and replacements
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and website navigation
Ensure high‑quality service, including handling challenging interactions professionally
Verify and update customer information in company systems
Collaborate with other departments to confirm and fulfill orders
Address internal service requests and resolve issues thoroughly
