Competitive base pay starting at $20.00/hr

Job Duties Learn functionalities of a Retail Marketing department while gaining real world understanding of brand development, consumer engagement & campaign execution strategies.
Contribute to key projects:
Work on real-world projects, making impactful contributions to the business
Assist in Strategic Initiatives:
Learn, develop, and implement ideas based off Blain's Pillars
Engage in cross-functional teams:
Collaborate with different functions to understand how cross functional support contributes to the overall success of the business
Support Daily Operations:
Assist the team with day-to-day tasks to gain insight on the department's process
Present Your Findings:
Deliver a presentation of your project and research to key stakeholders
Receive mentor and coaching:
Work closely with your mentor receiving feedback and guidance to help you navigate your career path
Participate in hands-on workshops:
Led by industry experts, gain valuable insights and skills to equip you for success in the professional world
Qualifications
Currently enrolled as an incoming Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university
Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
Valid driver’s license required
Strong communication, writing & time management skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
