Remote: $18.00 an hour, flexible hours per week – details to be discussed
Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation
Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
Excellent communication abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Bonus: Experience in graphic design and video editing
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Responsibilities
Work with the team to develop effective social media strategies
Increase brand awareness through active participation on social media platforms
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all social media channels
Monitor metrics, analyze data, and prepare insightful social media reports
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and messages
Generate and publish blogs on ColdIron's websites and social media platforms
Support office and sales staff with administrative tasks
Assist the Marketing team with additional projects and campaigns
Develop PowerPoint presentations and create/send press releases
Perform other duties as assigned
