Position Overview for the Event Manager: Provide program management to deliver impactful global events, with a primary focus on Executive Experience programming. Collaborate with the events team and external agencies to support and execute a variety of event formats. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with goals, budgets, and deadlines. Support Special Interest Activities (SIAs) or Meeting Center management as needed. Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Requirements for the Event Manager: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in event planning and management across a wide range of event formats, including large-scale programs. Proven experience managing Executive Experience programming as a primary function. Skilled in creating pre-event planning decks and post-event summaries. Ability to work on multiple programs simultaneously within deadlines and budgets. Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for you?
