Sr Product Architect

We collect your website data for a better user experience.**Key Responsibilities** Partner with Product Managers to translate use cases and requirements into actionable, development‐ready specifications. Participate in the Technology Design Request (TDR) process to refine customer requirements and align them to standard product features. Develop and maintain service descriptions, solution guides, implementation documents, operational processes, and knowledge-base content. Recommend and implement improvements that enhance quality, customer experience, and operational performance. **Required Qualifications:**7+ years of experience in service design, architecture, or product development within an IT services provider. Working knowledge of security and compliance considerations within service design. Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high execution quality. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications:**Experience with a managed infrastructure, hosting, or cloud service provider in an architectural, operational, or solutions architecture role. **Physical Requirements:*** Ability to work in an office environment* Ability to work remotely when required with sufficient workspace, cell phone connectivity, and an adequate Internet connection.* Ability to use the computer keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time* After-hours networking and customer interaction required* Travel 20% of the time**Base Pay Range:** Hourly salary range offered for this position is estimated to be **$170,000 - $180,000**.
