Senior Visual Designer, Brand & Creative
We’re looking for a highly skilled and imaginative Senior Visual Designer to join the fashion and beauty vertical in Amazon.in. In this role, you'll drive the visual identity and creative execution for a wide range of campaigns across digital and offline platforms. You’ll work closely with marketing, brand, merchandising, and product teams to deliver stunning, effective, and customer-obsessed creative that speaks to a dynamic, trend-forward audience.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the visual design language for the fashion & beauty category requirements.
Lead design strategy & execution for events, stores, product launches, promotions, offsite assets and brand collaborations.
Translate business goals, customer insights, and cultural trends into compelling visual narratives.
Mentor and guide a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and editors.
Review and approve creative work to ensure consistency, quality, and performance.
Collaborate with copywriters, merchandising, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive storytelling across channels.
Stay on top of design trends, pop culture, and ecommerce innovations to keep creative fresh and relevant.
Balance speed and craft—executing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
About the team The Brand and Creative team is a group of marketers, graphic designers, program managers, copywriters, curators and creative thinkers. The team comprises the following charters:

Design
Together, we collaboratively plan and execute the creative direction for all Fashion and Beauty-led editorial, category, central, product (UX), influencer-led initiatives in line with our vision to make Amazon Fashion India’s largest and most loved destination for fashion and beauty shopping.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience in a marketing role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
