BRAND AMBASSADOR

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our clients at pop-ups and events. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the first face guests see — welcoming them in, sharing brand stories, and making sure everyone has a great experience. You’ll help with greeting guests, guiding them through the space, answering brand questions, and keeping things running smoothly. This is a people-first role, perfect for someone who loves engaging with others and creating a warm, memorable experience. This role is contract-based and not a full-time position. Specific contract duration will depend on the project.
To note: to be eligible to apply, you must be available Friday, March 13 - Saturday, March 14 as it is event-specific for SX.

Talking About the Brand: Get to know the brand inside and out so you can talk about it naturally and confidently. Share the story, answer questions, and spark real conversations.
Keeping Things Moving: Help manage lines, entry, and overall flow so everything feels organized but still relaxed and fun.
Pop-Up Support: Jump in where needed, restocking samples, keeping the space looking great, helping with interactive moments, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Team Energy: Be a team player. Support each other, keep morale high, and step in wherever help is needed to make the activation a success.
Rolling With It: Stay flexible and calm in a bustling environment. Handle questions, surprises, or last-minute changes with a positive, can-do attitude.
Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, events, retail, hospitality, or brand ambassador roles a plus but not required.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; confident and approachable with guests.
Professionalism: Polished, punctual, and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude.
Flexibility: Must be available for evening and weekend shifts depending on event schedule.
