Bilingual HR Business Partner (English/Spanish)
Location: Onsite | Passaic County, NJ Salary: $110,000$115,000 base + bonus/other incentives (TBD) The Role
Our client is hiring a Bilingual HR Business Partner to own the people strategy for a high impact business unit. This is a true hands on HRBP rolestrategic, visible, and influential. You won't be buried in transactions. You'll be partnering with leaders, shaping culture, and helping drive decisions. This role reports into senior leadership and has one direct report (HR Generalist). What You'll Do
Here's the dealyou're the connective tissue between leadership and the workforce. Partner closely with business unit leaders to support people strategy and execution Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent issues Support the performance review process (you won't be processing reviews, but you will guide leaders through it) Set the tone for culture, engagement, and accountability across the site Identify issues early, flag risks, and be part of the solutionnot just maintaining the status quo Lead with influence in a fast paced, operational environment Use data and insight (UKG) to support decision making Occasional, very limited travel (once per quarter) to satellite locations in the tri-state area What We're Looking For
7+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure across all core HR functions Proven experience partnering with operational leaders and frontline workforces Ability to connect, influence, and build trust at every level Bilingual English/Spanish Someone who has "touched it all" in HRER, performance management, compliance, talent, and culture Comfortable setting direction, not just following it Experience using UKG or similar HRIS platforms Why This Role
