We are seeking a dynamic
Marketing and Sales Supervisor
to lead strategic marketing initiatives and sales efforts that drive broadband growth, increase customer adoption, and strengthen the CoastConnect brand. This role will oversee marketing campaigns, sales operations, community engagement, and customer acquisition strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive residential and business subscriber growth.
Lead and support the sales team to achieve subscriber and revenue goals.
Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and community outreach channels.
Manage website presence, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Track sales leads, pipeline performance, and conversion metrics.
Build relationships with local businesses, chambers of commerce, and community organizations.
Develop promotions, referral programs, and retention initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A combination of education and experience as follows:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field and at least two years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or technology sectors.
Bachelor's degree in any field with at least five years of marketing or sales experience within telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or technology sectors.
Experience with fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) or ISP operations.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Experience with market segmentation, territory planning, or GIS mapping.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
