Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistance, Inside Sales, and Office Management position located in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing office operations, assisting with inside sales activities, handling customer inquiries, fostering excellent customer relationships, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Administrative duties will include scheduling, record management, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. Qualifications
Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, record management, and organization Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to provide a positive client experience Basic knowledge of Accounting principles and the ability to handle related tasks Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL, and manage multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in office management, sales, or administrative roles is a plus
